Job Summary:

DPS Group is looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Glenrothes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects from start to finish, overseeing operational sites and their delivery teams.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise multiple project engineers, site managers, supervisors and sub-contractors.

  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated salary of £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
