Job Description:

Fussy is seeking an experienced Eco-Friendly Advert Planner to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative paid media campaigns that promote our eco-friendly personal care products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative strategy, paid advertising, and data-driven decision making. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon.
  • Create engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to inform future ad optimizations.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative or strategic role, preferably in DTC, FMCG, or start-up environments.
  • Proven track record of success in paid advertising, including A/B testing and data-driven creative optimization.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology, advertising trends, and audience resonance.
