We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cross Department Administrator to join our team at Reed. This entry-level role provides a unique opportunity to gain experience across multiple departments, offering exposure to various business functions and the chance to develop a broad skill set.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Rotate through departments such as Sales, HR, Marketing, Logistics & Technical, assisting with projects and learning about each function.
- Manage office supplies and inventory and assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and handling inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops, seeking feedback to improve performance.
- GCSEs/A Levels or equivalent; an associate's degree or recent graduate in business administration or a related field is advantageous.
