Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Internal Auditor to join our team at Connect Recruitment. As a Graduate Internal Auditor, you will play a key role in supporting the Internal Audit Manager to perform and deliver end-to-end audits of different processes, risks, and controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Internal Audit Manager in planning, executing, and reporting on audits of various business processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's business processes, risks, and controls.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide audit recommendations.
  • Manage and maintain internal audit systems and related paperwork.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to apply the Internal Audit conduct rules (confidentiality, integrity, competence, transparency, and objectivity).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to accounting and operational systems is desirable.
