Rooftop Bar Attendant

Located in the heart of Shoreditch, One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel is a vibrant destination offering panoramic views of East London. As a Rooftop Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rooftop bar.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar tops.
- Replenish supplies and stock inventory to ensure efficient operation.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly attending to guest needs and requests.
- Monitor guest activity and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the bartending team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
