Early Years Education Specialist

About the Role:This is a hands-on position that involves engaging children in creative play activities both indoors and outdoors.
- Participate in messy and outdoor play activities to stimulate children's creativity and curiosity.
- Assist with mealtime and snack time, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities, highlighting their achievements and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Befriend families and establish strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn from colleagues and understand the principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Subsidized childcare for all permanent staff members.
