Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Witney Welch Way. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure a visually appealing store display
