Bar Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Bar and Duty Manager at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our events bar, ensuring a high level of customer service and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Bar Operations: Manage the bar for events, including setting up and opening, maintaining the bar, and closing procedures.
- Cash Management: Handle cash management, including setting up floats and cashing up, as well as running activity and stock reports from the till system.
- Stock Management: Track margins, source stock to maximize profit margins, and conduct weekly stock-takes and ordering.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and oversee casual members of bar staff, as well as develop the bar and café offer.
- Building Management: Open and close the building as required, with sole responsibility for the venue at times, and perform building management and operational duties.
