Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis for 4 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations cases, including sickness absence, disciplinary, early resolution, and capability cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an employee relations case load, working proactively with managers to agree outcomes and propose recommendations.
- Provide comprehensive and professional employee relations services, working closely with Senior Employee Relations colleagues.
- Support managers in relation to complex people management issues, including disciplinary and grievance investigations.
- Ensure that risks are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Education to Degree level or equivalent experience in an HR Advisory role.
- CPP or part CIPD qualified.
- Experience advising managers in relation to complex people management issues.
