Veterinary Surgeon Leader

Medivet Old Isleworth is a well-established and respected veterinary practice, deeply rooted in the local community. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our team.
About the RoleWe are a small animal first opinion practice with a loyal client base and a team of experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary receptionists. Our practice is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, and a full laboratory.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, observing the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to maximize commercial performance, focusing on key measures.
- Pro-actively support and share clinical best practice within and across practices and the wider Medivet community.
