Job Requirements

To be considered for the Building Services Management Lead role, you must have a proven ability to understand and comply with detailed procedures, as well as an extensive knowledge of specialist engineering/building services.

The successful candidate will also be required to have long experience and time-served within a recognised Trade related position or site management, with an outlook to progressing into maintenance management.

In addition, the Building Services Management Lead will be responsible for ensuring that adequate cover is maintained during periods of annual leave and other staff absences.

The estimated salary for this position is £29,970 - £36,483 per annum, plus benefits.
