About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled HCM Specialist to join our team at Skillsbay Limited in Portsmouth.

This position involves providing 2nd and 3rd line support for Fusion HR, Payroll, and Self-Service functions, with opportunities to work on system upgrades, development projects, and daily triage meetings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert support for Oracle Fusion HCM, Payroll, and related modules
  • Participating in daily triage meetings and managing system incidents
  • Designing and maintaining Oracle Cloud solutions to meet business needs
  • Working on Fusion-driven projects, delivering clear outcomes

About You:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years' experience with Oracle technologies, including 3 years with Fusion in a support or implementation role
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Core, Payroll, and related modules
  • Skill in SQL, Oracle Fast Formula, and troubleshooting HCM/Payroll incidents
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment

The annual salary for this position is between £40,000 and £50,000.
