Job Summary:

This role involves delivering high-quality dietetic services to children and their families in a community setting, developing effective relationships with healthcare professionals, and contributing to policy development related to paediatric dietetics.

About the Role:

As a Band 6 dietitian, you will have the opportunity to work with children and their families, promoting independence and wellbeing through person-centred care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide dietetic services to children and their families in a community setting.
  • Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to policy development related to paediatric dietetics.
  • Participate in training and education of students and other health professionals.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • BSc/MSc Nutrition and Dietetics or Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Membership of the BDA.
