Job Title: Acquisition Coordinator

CV Library seeks an exceptional Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to the Buying Department, focusing on acquiring goods and services efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Buyer and other departments in all buying activities.
  • Generate and distribute purchase orders using the purchase order system.
  • Maintain good working relationships with both internal and external customers.

General Administration and Accounts Support:

  • Verify delivery confirmations from suppliers and sites.
  • Manage external and internal queries, directing them to the relevant staff members when needed.
  • Perform daily administrative duties assigned by the civils work team.
  • Distribute new supplier accreditation forms and assist the quality team in achieving accredited status.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to resolve any invoice-related issues.

Annual Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on performance and qualifications.

Location: Based in Kings Langley.
