Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Millbrook Primary and Nursery School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our wraparound provision, delivered to our children on site, before and after school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and lead excellent after-school care that enhances our outstanding offer
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless provision
  • Provide support to children with special educational needs
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements
  • Qualified Teaching Assistant with experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake training
  • Good Literacy and Numeracy skills
