About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and preparing meals.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as administering medication and providing companionship.
  • Work collaboratively with our management team to ensure seamless care delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and our staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Must have a full UK driving license and car.
  • Must have a smartphone.
  • Must have a natural caring approach to life and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in a care setting is preferred, but not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
