Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Insights Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Insight Team, you will play a crucial role in enabling the business to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform raw data feeds into actionable insights for ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Own and maintain data management processes, ensuring nightly data processes support business needs.
  • Identify new valuable data sources and centralize new data feeds within the Insight Team function.
  • Design, build, and maintain Adobe workflows to underpin automated email campaigns through Adobe Campaign Standard.
  • Manage and maintain a marketing database in Adobe Campaign Standard, identifying ways to enrich the database to meet business needs.

This role requires a strong background in data analysis, SQL, and experience with Adobe Campaign Standard. If you have a passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to work in a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience working in a customer insight team in a large, data-rich industry.
  • Highly competent in SQL; experience in SAS is desired.
  • Experience developing in Adobe Campaign Standard is a bonus.
