The Role: We are seeking an IT Systems Trainer to deliver crucial POS system training to our customers. In this role, you will create and maintain training materials, travel to different customer sites across the UK, US, and Australia, and convey complex technical information to our clients. Your responsibilities will include addressing and resolving customer support cases, maintaining a thorough understanding of our company technology, and staying up-to-date with new features.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer support and communication skills, a strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, and 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
