As a Hardware Engineer or Leader, you will play a critical role in creating high-performance products that support the future of aviation training and safety. You will lead or contribute to the design and development of mechanical and electrical hardware solutions for flight simulators, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading or contributing to the design and development of mechanical and electrical hardware solutions for flight simulators
  • Driving the development of innovative hardware capabilities, focusing on quality, performance, and reliability in aerospace environments
  • Overseeing or supporting the creation of detailed technical specifications, schematics, and models for mechanical and electrical systems
  • Managing projects or working within cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Ensuring that all hardware components comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring safety-critical operations
  • Conducting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of hardware systems to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards
  • Leading or supporting the evaluation of new technologies and materials, driving continuous innovation in the development of flight simulation products
  • Providing technical leadership or contributing to mentoring junior engineers, fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment
  • Engaging with suppliers to manage the sourcing and integration of mechanical and electrical components
  • Ensuring the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations
