Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager at our Vertu Honda Grantham dealership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in senior management or leadership roles within the motor industry.

The General Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Leading and motivating a high-performing team
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary of £90,000 with the potential for up to £90,000 in OTE (On-Target Earnings). Additionally, you will receive a company car and other benefits that reflect your contributions to our success.
