We are seeking a highly skilled Highway Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As a key member of our highway maintenance and improvements team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex highway engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in an engineering discipline, significant experience in managing and designing highway improvement projects, and excellent technical ability and professional judgement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver highway engineering projects
  • Manage capital projects and prepare detailed highway schemes
  • Oversee contractors and support a team of engineers and technicians
  • Monitor project finances and utilize specialist software like AutoCAD
  • Making technical decisions regarding the impact and delivery of engineering schemes

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in an engineering discipline
  • Significant experience in managing and designing highway improvement projects
  • Excellent technical ability and professional judgement
