Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Boiler Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients. The Service Engineer will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance checks on gas/oil boilers, diagnosing and repairing faults, installing new systems, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conducting routine maintenance checks on gas/oil boilers to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Diagnosing and repairing faults in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  3. Installing new heating systems to meet the needs of our clients.
  4. Providing technical support and guidance to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role in the heating industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  3. Current industry qualifications and certifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
