**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Engineer to join our team at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all HVAC plant and equipment in stores to a pre-determined standard in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Complete PPM agreed schedules ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and to laid-down procedures.
  • Respond promptly and positively to service call/alarm requests from the central Helpdesk, assessing requirements and carrying out repairs as necessary within agreed timescales and response times.
  • Carry out service and maintenance on HVAC assets including air handling units with gas fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pump systems, single split air conditioning, LPHW boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers, and water chillers.
  • Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and advise the Line Manager of findings, making recommendations for suitable replacement.
  • Work within Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

**Requirements**

  • You will hold recognized Commercial Gas qualifications, having at least 4 of the following: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1.
  • F-Gas (2079) qualified.
  • 17th or 18th Edition desirable.
  • Be professional, pleasant, friendly, flexible, courteous, and helpful at all times while carrying a hands-on, can-do approach to work.
  • Have a positive approach, able to work in a dynamic business environment and adapt accordingly, committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Experience of HVAC/Gas in a multi-site environment.
  • Full Driving Licence and willingness to travel daily.
