A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Cruise Consultant to join our team at Succeed Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our Tour Operations team, you will be responsible for handling telephone and email enquiries, creating bespoke cruise holidays, and providing exceptional customer service to travel agents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, offering expert knowledge and destination advice
- Create tailored cruise and stay holidays, taking into account client preferences and requirements
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring the highest level of service and expertise
- Previous experience in cruise sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends
