We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Health Manager to join our team at Ganymede Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and clients.

About the Role:
  • Manage a small HSQE team within your region, providing support and guidance to enable the team to develop their skills and knowledge further.
  • Drive and implement a positive HSQE culture across regional projects, while supporting and leading on investigations of incidents.
  • Maintain compliance for the Principal Contractor Licence, RISQS, and Achilles Certifications, as well as ISO Certifications.
Requirements:
  • Background in the Rail Civil Engineering/Construction sector, preferably in a H&S position.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • NVQ 5/NVQ 6/Degree in Health and Safety or related field.
  • Quality/Auditing certifications.
