Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fabrication Team Lead to join our team at Randstad Staffing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of fabric engineers and ensuring that all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are completed to the highest standards across multiple commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of fabric engineers across multiple commercial contracts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Undertake PPMs and reactive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct surveys, estimate costs, and price works accurately, ensuring that all projects are delivered within budget and on time.
- Travel extensively across the region, with occasional overnight stays, to ensure effective project management and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer, with a solid background in PPM and reactive maintenance, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
