About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our team in the agricultural sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base, providing expert advice and support to farmers, and promoting our diverse range of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with dairy, beef, and sheep farmers in your territory.
  • Promote and sell our animal health products and mineral supplements.
  • Provide expert advice and support, addressing customer concerns and guiding them to the best solutions.
  • Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities in your area.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Represent our company at business meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, consistently going above and beyond.

Requirements
  • Transferable skills in sales and account management, agricultural science and consultancy, supply chain and operations, farming and agricultural experience, and veterinary or animal health sales.
