CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our controls development team, you will be responsible for driving and guiding the controls specific features and functions for vehicle systems and components.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop controls systems using MATLAB/Simulink and related tools
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute controls development projects
  3. Work closely with Systems, Software, and other teams to ensure seamless integration
  4. Contribute to analysis, design, development, and testing of controls systems
  5. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and improve methods accordingly
  6. Participate in issue, change, and configuration management
  7. Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Required Skills
  1. Proven experience in controls development from requirements to testing and integration
  2. Strong knowledge of real-time embedded software development
  3. Deep understanding of AUTOSAR architecture
  4. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow
  5. Knowledge of HV powertrain systems
  6. Expertise in DaVinci toolchain (Developer and Configurator)
  7. ASPICE certification
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
  2. Strong understanding of ISO26262
  3. Experience with Polarion
  4. Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
