Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with their shopping, answering questions and providing product information as needed.
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure the store is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.55 and a range of benefits, including staff discount and access to exclusive Partnership hotels.
