As a Field Service Engineer at beBee Professionals, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers' equipment is functioning correctly and provide top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain equipment at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Deliver training and support to customers on equipment operation.
  • Prepare and submit service reports and documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites.
