The Role

We have exciting opportunities arising at our site in Gloucester for Senior Engineering Project Managers to lead our Defence and Cyber programmes.

You will be accountable for overall engineering technical, cost, and schedule performance on a specific programme. You will provide the primary technical interface with Programme Management (PM) Office and Customer for all programmatic items.

You will ensure that the Programme/Project has the Engineering Capabilities established and maintained to deliver the Programme/Project Technical Solutions within the Programme/Project schedule and cost envelope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for ensuring that the required Engineering Resources for the Programme/Project are in place.
  • Supporting Engineering Team Leads in providing day-to-day employee management, performance assessment, work assignments, approvals, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
  • Working closely with other Project Managers, Service Managers, Team Leads, and other Resourcing Leaders to achieve programme objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective engineering strategies that drive business success.
