Professional Recruitment Specialist

Fawkes & Reece, a renowned recruitment agency in the UK, is seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at the London office. As a professional recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients in the construction industry.

In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training that covers industry-related and recruitment-specific topics, empowering you with the knowledge and skills required to effectively source, engage, and assess potential candidates.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide expert candidate management, lead generation, and administrative support to the recruitment team. Your duties will involve:
- Identifying and approaching potential candidates for open positions
- Verifying candidate credentials and updating their profiles
- Creating compelling job descriptions and promoting job openings through various channels
- Developing effective lead generation strategies to attract potential candidates
- Distributing assignment information to candidates and managing their progress
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of time sheets for payroll purposes
- Assisting in the development of candidate profiles and formatting resumes
- Providing exceptional customer service by handling incoming phone inquiries and maintaining up-to-date candidate information
The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£65,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus generous commission opportunities. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
