About the Job

We are seeking an experienced System Reliability Expert to join our team at Cedar. As a permanent employee, you will report directly to the Head of IT and be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the company's IT systems.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in data centre health, hardware management, and virtual environments
  • Experience with backup and recovery systems, systems health applications, and network management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot high-availability IT networks
  • Ensure seamless connectivity across plant locations, data centres, sales offices, warehouses, and remote staff
  • Manage and monitor data centre operations, including server and storage infrastructure
  • Identify and resolve issues to minimise downtime
  • Implement solutions to enhance system performance and ensure data integrity and security

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $92,000, based on industry standards.
