We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team at Busy Bees Day Nursery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our nurturing setting.

About the Role
As the Assistant Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities and provide exceptional care to our children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs
- Establishing strong relationships with parents and guardians, ensuring effective communication
- Assisting the Nursery Manager in resolving complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare practice
- Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements
- Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold at least a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager.
