Agricultural Labourer

Brightwork Ltd is seeking a reliable and hardworking Agricultural Labourer to join their team in Kinloss. As an Agricultural Labourer, you will play a vital role in the grading process of potatoes at one of our client's local businesses.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in agricultural settings and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional Saturdays for approximately 12 weeks. The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include grading and leveling boxes inside the grading shed, as well as adhering to health and safety guidelines. The successful applicant will receive a full induction, paid in full on day one, and will work closely with a friendly and locally run potato business.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors and can adapt to varying weather conditions. You will be provided with wellies and waterproofs but will mainly be working inside. If you are a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for agriculture, we would love to hear from you
