About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Location Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing properties and enabling residents to live independent lives
  2. Letting properties, managing rent accounts, dealing with anti-social behaviour, fulfilling our Safeguarding responsibilities, and ensuring repairs are carried out
  3. Listening and responding to residents and partners, with a focus on proactive issue resolution
  4. Leading relationship management across the location, working collaboratively to find solutions and satisfactory resolutions
  5. Maintaining resident and stakeholder trust and confidence in Anchor through effective communication, setting expectations, and delivering outputs
  6. Managing the location's budget and service charge accounts, ensuring residents' homes are well maintained and repairs are completed to a high standard in a timely manner
  7. Ensuring the location is safe, with all health and safety checks and risk assessments conducted in accordance with policies and procedures

About You:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional who can bring their skills and experience to this role. Ideally, you will have previous housing or care experience, particularly with vulnerable client groups. However, we welcome applications from candidates with the right attitude, resilience, and ability to problem-solve, along with a willingness to learn.

The Salary for this position is approximately £26,707 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
