We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals we support.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
- Encourage independence and empowerment through skill-building and community involvement
- No prior experience required, but a passion for delivering exceptional care is essential
- A genuine caring attitude and desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Competitive salary: £22,500 - £25,000 per annum
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay (50p per hour)
