We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Technical Trainer to develop and deliver our comprehensive technical training program.
About the RoleThis role will support our product range, dealer network, and valued customers by providing expert training on modern vehicle technology.
You will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning environments, ensuring that key concepts are understood and retained.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining modern vehicles, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical information to various audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Create comprehensive training programs covering a wide range of technical topics, ensuring all material is up-to-date and relevant to current industry standards.
- Deliver effective training sessions using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple training sessions, ensuring logistical aspects are covered and each session runs smoothly.
- Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to ensure all training objectives are met within the specified timeframe.
- Current driving license and right to work in the UK.
- Proven experience in repairing and maintaining modern vehicles.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor message to suit various audiences.
- Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive learning environments.
- Experience creating comprehensive training programs.
- A competitive basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
