About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Disability Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst. As a qualified RNLD, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to 18-25 year olds with eating disorders, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
  • A relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
