Healthcare Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and organized Healthcare Administrator to join our team at Brock Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Care Home, ensuring the smooth operation of office procedures and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply requisitions.
- Support the management team with administrative duties, including staff training and annual leave tracking.
- Process invoices and maintain financial records, including cheque and banking analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other software applications to maintain computer systems and perform administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Working Hours: Part-time, 16-20 hours per week, flexible hours to be agreed with the client and candidate.
Location: Clevedon, Somerset. Ability to commute or relocate before starting work.
