Job Summary:

As a Bodyshop Technician - Valet, you will be responsible for enhancing bodywork using polishing and buffing machines, ensuring high-quality finishes that exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, building long-term relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• BODYWORK ENHANCEMENT: Use advanced polishing and buffing techniques to restore vehicles to their original showroom condition.
• HEALTH AND SAFETY: Comply with all health and safety procedures when working with chemicals, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with our sales team to understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Essential Requirements:

• Fully qualified driver with a UK driving licence, enabling you to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Able to work accurately with high attention to detail, ensuring every vehicle meets our exceptional standards.
• Self-motivated team player with excellent organisational skills, capable of prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to multi-task effectively, juggling various responsibilities while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
• Willingsness to participate in ongoing training programmes, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Valet experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive training for candidates who demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and meet the other required criteria.
