We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care home in Cromer, Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement support plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Conduct residential core assessments and pathway plans to ensure effective care delivery
  • Provide direct support to residents and their families, assessing risks and strengths to promote community living
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including finance, administration, and policy implementation
  • Manage budgets and maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements
  • Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Clear enhanced DBS Record
  • Experience in Social Services and Local Authorities
  • Sound knowledge of CQC and current legislations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
