About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at our main dealership in Salisbury. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality experience when bringing their vehicles in for servicing and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Support the aftersales function, working closely with the service manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
  • Upsell existing products to new and existing customers, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • High-quality customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
  • Full UK driving license.
