About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at JCT600. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every aspect of our customers' visits is catered for in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer interaction is positive and professional.
  • Ensure that all customer requirements are met and that customers are kept informed of the progress of their vehicle repairs and servicing.
  • Work closely with the workshop team to ensure that vehicle repairs are completed to the highest standard and that agreed completion times are met.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and convert them into firm bookings.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to keep them informed of the progress of their vehicle repairs and servicing.
  • Professionally sell products, services, and repair work to customers, ensuring that all objectives are fully achieved.
  • Invoice completed work and take payments where required.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that all departmental objectives and KPIs are achieved.
  • Work with a variety of dealer and manufacturer systems to capture data and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • A customer-centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills are essential, and experience of using databases would be desirable.
  • Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and under pressure.
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships.
  • A true team player.
  • A driving license free from excessive penalties.
