About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our client's financial reporting process. As Head of Financial Accounting Interim, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency across the financial reporting process.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all aspects of technical accounting matters within the Group, including compliance management and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain Group Accounting Policies taxonomy.
- Ensure relevant technical training is rolled out across multiple teams.
- Ongoing assessment and report back on accounting standard development and their impact on the Group.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheet review and compliance requirements.
We are looking for a highly intelligent and detail-oriented accounting expert with strong technical skills and a proven track record of improving processes and procedures. You will be formally qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) and have a proven ability to lead on technical elements of finance in a group setting.
