Job Title: Structured Credit Trader

We are seeking an experienced Structured Credit Trader to join our team at Selby Jennings. As a key member of our Credit Repo Trading team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative financing solutions through fixed income trading, credit repo, and structured credit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute trading strategies to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including hedge funds, pension funds, and other institutional investors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, research, and risk management, to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to ensure the team's expertise and competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fixed income trading, credit repo, or structured credit.
  • Strong understanding of fixed income securities, credit markets, and repo transactions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
