About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Triage Administrator to join our team at Churchill Medical Centre. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our population.

Main Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming patient contacts via phone and email, directing clinical queries to the Triage Clinician or other healthcare professionals, and administrative queries to the correct member of the team.
  • Respond directly to patient queries via email or phone, utilizing your knowledge and skills to provide accurate and compassionate support.
  • Work closely with the Pharmacists, Mental Health Worker, Social Prescriber, First Contact Practitioner, GPs, and nurses to ensure patients are directed to the most appropriate member of the practice team.
  • Assist in service development through evaluation, audit, and system research, contributing to the improvement of our online triage model.
  • Maintain accurate and contemporaneous records of patient interactions, utilizing computer software systems and other mediums as required.
