Multi-Skilled Fitter Job Description

At ATA Recruitment, we are working with a leading manufacturing business to find an experienced Multi-Skilled Fitter. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including electrical and mechanical machine assembly, following schematics, and fault finding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical and Mechanical Machine Assembly
  • Fault Finding and Maintenance of Machinery
  • Electrical Wiring of Circuits and Relays and PLCs

The ideal candidate will have time-served or apprentice-trained experience as an engineer/technician or fitter, with a bias towards electricity or mechanics. Previous industrial experience is also essential. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus consistent overtime available paid at x1.5.
