About Our Business: MBNL is a joint venture between EE and Three, two of the UK's leading mobile operators. As a procurement counselor, you will be part of a team that provides best-in-class mobile infrastructure services to these companies.

Role Overview: We are seeking a procurement counselor to deliver expert advice on procurement activities, including contract review and drafting.

Your Responsibilities:

• Advising on procurement activities, including contract review and drafting
• Drafting and negotiating contracts with suppliers
• Collaborating with internal clients and shareholder legal teams
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and issue escalations
• Managing external counsel resources and quality assuring outputs

Requirements:

• Qualified Lawyer (Law Society of England and Wales or Bar Council)
• 2+ years PQE
• Experience in procurement activities, including contract review and drafting
• Highly organized, systematic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in contractual drafting and negotiation
• Commercial and technical acumen

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
