We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Advocate to join our team at Keoghs LLP. As a Senior Advocate, you will provide advocacy, advisory, and drafting services to our clients, working closely with senior members of the team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake advocacy, drafting, and advisory work, including pleadings, interlocutory hearings, small claims, fast track trials, sanctions, and recoveries.
  • Assist more senior members of the team in the delivery of the above.
  • Assist in delivering advocacy and litigation training updates for fee earners.
  • Assist in supervision and mentoring of Band One Advocates.
  • Undertake client-facing product development tasks as required.
  • Assist in the development of the in-house advocacy team.
Requirements:
  • Full practicing certificate (if Barrister)
  • Higher Rights of Audience (if Solicitor)
  • Enthusiasm to develop an advocacy career.
  • Experience in insurance fraud, general PI, EL/PL, and/or professional negligence.
  • Qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate in writing and prepare succinct and concise reports.
  • Tenacious and self-motivated.
